… Infinite Possibilities
I glanced at my smoothie (half gone) and the analogy “Is your glass half empty or half full” came to mind. I recalled reading the following comment in a twitter last night.
“My glass is half full because I can’t be bothered
to get a refill!”
The words stayed with me. I wondered how many times in our life an opportunity has passed us by because we couldn’t be bothered. I’ve heard the expression that luck happens to those who are busy making it happen, but that one never really sunk in.
This one did. I think because I’ve been a person who has always tried to see a glass half full (although the glass did get misplaced a time or two lol).
So this is a little different. Perhaps the glass should be thought of as something to be filled, not just the half way perspective, perhaps overflowing even ,,, now that’s a thought to think on!

- Two peeled frozen bananas (broken up)
- a handful each of 2/3 kinds of fresh/frozen berries
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- 1/2 cup yogurt (plain)
- 25 grams of whey protein (or other if allergic)
- 1/4 cup water
Pretty much I put the above items into a blender in the same order
as listed and then blend until well mixed! Enjoy, it does taste good!
And it is very good for you (an added bonus) :)
