Love inspires me. Beauty inspires me. Bravery inspires me. The human spirit of never giving up inspires 
me. Tenderness inspires me. Happiness inspires me. Caring people making a difference inspires me. Thoughtfulness inspires me.
A smile inspires me. A mother and/or father caring for their family inspires me. Children Inspire me. The aged and elderly inspire me. a young adult woman or man just starting to explore their world inspires me.
The changing seasons inspire me. Nature inspires me. Animals inspire me.

Life inspires me!
For some reason, unknown to me, I’ve had more close calls with death than any 10 people I know.Up 
close and personal close calls where I thought there would be no tomorrow. And I’ve dealt with pain and surgeries and months, years of coping with same. Raising children as a single mom and messing 
up again and again sometimes making very poor decisions in the process.
My life experiences shaped who I am. And who I am is just one person, a female who has survived and is very grateful for every morning that I wake up and there is a new day to be in. I take nothing for granted but am hopeful that something that I say or do can positively impact others.
My way of saying “Thank you” to the universe for allowing me to live another day, somtimes in the face of great adversity. So Tina, in summation …
I am inspired by Life, love and all people (without exception) who are each very special and unique – just like you Tina,

“Feel The Rain”
We all have them. Those lonely days. Today is not one of my lonely days, I’m having a very good day today which actually reminded me of years past when at this time of the year I would sometimes feel this way. So I thought I’d post about the positive side of lonely days!

They can be “okay” days if we are reflective during these times. Be “in the moment”. Experience the melancholy. Understand that those feelings will pass, they are helping you to emotionally vent that which you have been unable to adequately express or release in any other way.

On life’s lonely days recognize them for what they are – a brief passage of time where your loving heart is being made aware of it’s sadnesses and understands the importance of that recognition so that you can love more fiercely and with greater conviction.
You may sometimes feel lonely but you are never alone. You are one of many and We are loved!

If I hear just one more …
When I saw this beautiful horse with a blonde mane I felt it a moral imperative to post this piece about blonde jokes. Although I’m guessing this horse hasn’t heard as many “blond jokes” as I have (lots and lots), so here’s a few to lighten your load today but first a disclaimer:
As an official blonde … I approve these jokes! Since we’re really amazingly intelligent (I say with great and humble modesty), these jokes don’t really bother us – much! I will add that if you laugh too long and too hard I will be able to find you!

Two blondes lock their keys in the car. One of the blondes tries to break into the car while the other one watches. Finally the first blonde says “Darn, I can’t get in the car!” The other blonde replies “keep trying – it looks like it’s going to rain and the top is down”.

The interesting thing about “blonde jokes” is that they exist at all! Hair color is not a determining factor for intelligence for either women or men and yet the jokes abound. Psychologists have not been able to come up with a satisfactory reason for the why of this. As for myself, how I feel about being a blonde is summed up quite easily – “viva la difference” -or it works for me!

The Trusting Heart
Now that’s a tough word isn’t it? TRUST!
I know it is.
I think that most of us have had issues with that one, both in the past and present.
Quite a difficult thing to maneuver around. Lack of trust does seem to get in the way of many things.
It is so extremely hard to trust sometimes, but not trusting can become an anchor that weighs you down.
Have you ever had a child leap off of something towards you and say “Catch me”? You barely have time to acknowledge their request when your arms go out to catch them. They trust you.
They haven’t learned any painful lessons yet that can make it harder to trust so unconditionally.
Brutal lessons in life can take innocent belief away. But for your own health and well being and as difficult as it may be – Let go, forgive (as you can and then move on towards the trusting heart!

It’s just about the time of year when once again people start talking about New Year resolutions – things that they are going to change or improve upon. I have always been fascinated by this.
It’s a great deal like buying an expensive piece of exercise equipment and then it just sits there in the
corner and varied excuses start happening for all the reasons why the equipment isn’t being used.
Resolutions to improve your life only work if you follow through. Easy to have good intentions, easy to make a list – quite a bit harder to get the job done. As it is for most worthwhile things in life!
So here’s a solution for your New Year’s Resolution – if you’re making any that is.
Dream big, but resolve to have a short list that is doable, small steps (successes) added to more small steps (successes) lead to remarkable goals being achieved.
Your New Years Resolution: Small List – Big Determination.
