Heat Waves vs Let it Snow, Let it Snow, Let it Snow!

“We’re having a heat wave, A tropical heat wave, The temperature’s rising it isn’t surprising…”

When Irving Berlin wrote the lyrics to the song Heat Wave I’m sure he wasn’t referring to the exceedingly hot weather that we are experiencing up here in Tri-Cities Washington. Just don’t feel like singing about this Irving. So instead I was inspired to recall, as I did in an earlier posting, some nice cooler temperatures. Hope these photos send cooling messages to others also experienceg their own … HEAT WAVES!

Both Franky and Jonny love the snow. They do not like the heat! They run outside and then run back in and stare at me as if I had something to do with the temperature. “No problem, I’ll just walk right over here to the temperature controls and turned that sucker down”! Would if I could. They still do look accusingly at me.

On the other hand, when romping in the snow, they think it’s the greatest thing on the planet and could stay outside indefinitely!

I’m a somewhere in-between kinda gal myself. Not to hot, not too cold. Yes, that’s the thing! So what’s your weather pleasure? Hot, Cold, or In-between?
