These (fluffy little heart) Christmas ornaments of the children are a 9 years old, but I love them still. So thought I’d share with you!
~
I wish for all those who take for granted their family members, remember
any one of them can be gone in a heartbeat. Cherish every moment with those you love.
This is my Special wish to each of you!
~ Penny

Congratulations and much love! 🙂
Thank you Stefanie most kindly for nominating me! 🙂
😉
Classic decorations, classic film, classic post. all heartwarming and brilliant. Hope your Christmas is amazing because you deserve it.
Thanks SteJ. Hope yours was a good one for you too!
That is one festive looking living room! Looks like all you guys had a wonderful Christmas evening 🙂
We did Chris, a very late Christmas Eve re: prep’ing for Santa, but a very good Christmas. It even started snowing while presents were being unwrapped, very nice indeed. I hope you and your family had an equally wonderful Christmas! With much love and affection, Penny 🙂
umm, I messed up my wife’s famous mashed potato dish 😦
Other than that, we had a wonderful Christmas!
Well in the whole scheme of things I’d say ruined mashed potatoes is rather low on the totem pole of things, Glad it was wonderful, I hope your New Years starts out that way also! 🙂 Not the ruined potatoes part, the wonderful part! 🙂
I think my youngest one liked the mashed potato slurry. I’m forbiden from going in the kitchen for New Years party, so it should be fine 🙂
Good to know (nut)! Have a great one! I wish Christina and I could be there, I think we’d all have a blast! 🙂
what a GRANDE idea!
Isn’t it though!
I still think forming our own retirement community is better! lol
Yes but what would we do there?
I think thats the beauty of starting up a community, you make it whatever you want it to be, within legal bound ofcourse.lol
For starter, it would have to be waterfront community with endless supply of mountain spring water and surrounded by lots of fruit vinyards. main form of transportaion would be horse drawn carriages or one horse open sleigh :), depending on the season, and it has to be 4season climate.lol
as far as activities go…mmm, how about sipping coffee and tea, overlooking the moutain, while gathering ideas for a next blog?
I can go on and on 🙂
Sigh! yes … 🙂
Those ornaments & cute kids are keepers. My tree is full of ornaments of pictures of Christmases past. I printed pictures – cut them – whole punched them & those are my tree ornaments. Kinda’ like a family tree/christmas tree.
Merry Christmas dear friend!
xx 🙂 🙂 xx
Ornaments that are hand made by myself and the family are my absolute favorites RoSy, our tree is filled with them, I hope your Christmas was a great one for you and your family, thank you for being such a good friend, I appreciate you very much! 🙂 xox
Hope you had a merry, merry Christmas, Penny!
Thanks Sharla, you also, dearest friend!
AnElephantCant tell you how happy he is
That you are spending a family Christmas
Gifts under the tree
Jimmy Stewart on TV
Maybe next year that will be on his wish list
Thank you. An elephantcan’t know how truly flattered I am that he noticed how carefully I timed the photograph of the living room so that there would be a close up of Jimmy Stewart in the Christmas Classic “It’s a wonderful life” on the TV. A discerning eye indeed! 🙂
AnElephantCant say he’s surprised
That Penny is quite so meticulous
it is quite bona fide
Not in any way contrived
Such a thought is totally ridiculous
Of course! 🙂
True, they can go away in a blink. Have a happy day and open some much deserved gifts!
Thank you Ieonaa. I did have a great Christmas day, I hope you did also!
