Spring – Mother Nature’s Masterpiece
Dazzling delightful, flushed colors so gay
Arraying enchantment, you’ve brought to my day.
Most glorious and splendid, just newly arrived
Heavenly the vision, for all that survived.
Lovely and joyous, this colorful array
Lavish disregard, for the color of gray.
splendid and silky, blending divine
A rainbow of colors
The view – quite sublime.

Hi Robyn. Thank you very much. Don’t you wish we were a part, not just of an online artist’s colony (which we are) but a real-live in the physical word one too. So a few times a week (at the least) we could “hang out” and share creative thoughts and ideas. That would be so excellently wonderful. Love to you, Penny
i know — how great would that be!? One day when all is well we should have a wordpress retreat live-time – wonder if this has ever been done! xxoo
I agree, wholeheartedly! xo

AnElephantCant pretend he’s a poet
Who wanders lonely as a cloud
But now it is spring
His heart can sing
The daffodils at last have come out
Yay! Go daffodils. I think there must be a spring fairy who opens the daffodils to announce the official coming of spring! 🙂 xo
Spring in all its beauty gives birth to the poet in us. Penny, this is lovely – beautiful photo too.
Thanks Lyn, when I was a little girl my favorite thing was to run through fields of wildflowers, I never outgrew that, and I have a hunch you haven’t either my friend!
Ohhh Penny’s poetic muse emerged today…. that is so awesome… very nicely penned my poet friend… and the flowers are exquisite just like you! 😉
You sweetie you. Thank you Roxi, very much appreciated! 🙂
