So ends the quota of quotes for writers for the day, I hope a few inspired, thanks for stopping by,
~ Penny
There is power in dem words, Penny. The power of the pen cannot be denied. ❤
I so agree with you on that one dear friend! 🙂
Marvelous, inspiring quotes, Penny. Thank you!
You’re welcome Lori, sometimes, for me, a simple (or complex) quote can clarify the day or add more meaning to it!
Your words are inspiring and this is a great post! Hugs, Penny! 🙂 …..Paula xxx
Hugs to you Paula, you’ll be back in Australia in a few days, right? 🙂
Home on the 14th. 🙂 Dubai first. Xxx
I know you’ll be so happy to be back home Paula. Hey I have a friend in Dubai. Mitzie Mee. Check out her blog site, if you haven’t already. She’s great! http://blog.mitziemee.com and her blogs are great fun! 🙂
Will do. I’m happy to go home as I miss my animals and family. Yet, I’m going home to separate from my husband… really confused and slightly afraid of the unknown. Still, I have to look at it as a new chapter in my life, right? I hug you! Xxxx
Oh Paula, my email is right here. I know those feelings. You are not alone. Know you can email me anytime to talk, anything. Yes, a new chapter for you to write, take special care of you right now -k ?
Thank you. That means a lot! Xxx
You’re welcome, safe travelling! xxxx
Great quotes!
Words – mixed and matched, formulated … can be magic — a form of alchemy for the writer – and the reader.
Beautiful post, and perfect message dearest beloved friend! x Robyn
Ah words – music to my ears.
xx 🙂 🙂 xx
Wonderful quotes here, Penny! I love the Margaret Chittenden quote – so true indeed! 😀
the one by Margaret Chittenden is really thought-provoking:) Thank you for these quotes:)
I like the Chittenden quote. That’s exactly how I see myself. People always thought I was crazy, and so did I. Then, I realized it was just my creative instinct in motion.
Words…. more powerful than the sword aren’t they? I have a great respect for the power they have as I know you do too 😉
Another “PPP” ~ Perfect Penny Post (smiles) xxxx
Wow, three P’s, Thank you Roxi, 🙂 xo
Now I understand “quote”… 😉 It’s a lot of time to learn a English word after high school 1990… I failed in English but maked my russian without problem… Maybe it’s the reason that I love russian and classic litterature…
But now when I’ll publish a book, in French, I can say that words could create a world, real places but a fiction, Östersund is the city, in Northern Sweden, or in Jämtland…
“If you don’t try to tell a story with your own words, even if it’s an imagination, you’ll never have a success…” Me right now…
Maria, you sound simply delightful and your words, yes there is most definitely a book inside you waiting to burst out! 🙂 xx
But not in English, not enough of knowledge in Shakespeare’s language…
Well … Shakespeare’s language (some 54,000 words I believe, is a gift that few possess. And please write in any language – today you will be heard … I can promise you this!
D’accord on m’entendra…
OK they will hear me… ☺
🙂
Simply wonderful
Thank you Celestine! Hope your week is going well for you!
Reblogged this on Finally! Love is here!.
I was talking about the way words can mean different things the way they are said, and – I don’t remember who I was talking to – said “It also depends on the words it is in bed with”
Well … as long as the words are having a good time (tee-hee)! 🙂
Hahahaha That did have me laughing out loud 🙂
