Technically, the first gas-powered vehicle was something of a glorified tricycle called a Benz Patent-Motorwagon that came out in 1886; it was invented by Germany’s Karl Benz.

Yes, it’d be a riot. That’s an interesting question. Just as a novelty item you think you’d see more of them. I guess not, or a huge petroleum consortium supporting them, lol!

I ca tell on the bike how much stronger I am — using highest gear to pedal and it’s effortless (unless a lot of wind). Pain does not seem to flare on it – so I’m basically having love affair with the thing 🙂 We have a date each day around 4 pm.
