For those of you who haven’t seen this video yet, please enjoy this amazing version of one of my favorite songs by David Bowie only this one is sung by Canadian Astronaut,Chris Hadfield and he’s really there in outer space! Just simply awesome to the extreme. His voice, the video, being in outer space, his experience, the experience:

Your welcome, my pleasure Kenley, Me too (watched it several times) I just can’t get over how “cool” the whole thing, experience is! 🙂
Excellent Penny – I love this song too and the video! 🙂
Thank you Ruth, I also! 🙂 xx
This never, ever gets old. Hope you are having a (insert space pun that I can’t think of) weekend!
To infinity and beyond! (prob. not the one you thought of but it came to mind SteJ, lol!)
It’ll do for the purposes of the amusing bit, I have never been into art for arts sake.
May the force be with you then! 🙂
Dammit Penny, I’m a blogger not a doctor!
Then…”make it so!”
Ah, get your ass to Mars!
I’ve seen things you people wouldn’t believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion. I’ve watched C-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhauser Gate. All those moments will be lost in time, like tears in rain. Time to die.
We have created amazing machines….and used them to destroy our fellow man.
Lady Penelope: Oh, and England won the football last night.
Parker: Yes! En-Ger-Land! (have fun with that one!!!)
We don’t win the football much when it matters…that just makes me sad.
Yes but I loved this sci-fi puppet series! 🙂
I think I preferred Terrahawks but this is going back a long time ago.
Well you can watch reruns on cable of almost every show, or YouTube it. So what’s old is now being recycled again. Or regenerated … the evolution of Dr. Who is a good reference point of this.
To true, there is some old Who from 60’s and early and late 80’s on a memory stick that is floating around your house if you care to watch. I look forward to what they redo next as battlestar was a good reboot, well the first two series at any rate.
I’ve seen this before ..but watched it again.. I just love it…
Me too Bulldog, hoping your weekend is being relaxing and creative for you guys! 🙂 xx
Wow, wow, wow. That was something!!! Watched it with my husband, who worked at NASA for 25 years. Needless to say, we both loved it. I stopped to tell your friend also. 🙂
Thank you, I confess I watched it several times, was just blown away by the experience and music of course!:)
Fantastic! x
Totally so! 🙂 xx
he was great.
For me just awesomeness Alastair!
It was 🙂 He really was a Starman
