Here I am telling you a story instead of writing it. I do not pretend to have any acting skills what-so-ever, but am hopeful you will still enjoy my short story narrative!
Hope you liked the story, make today your happy day – you are loved!

You are very welcome. You deserve it Penny!
Lots of love! ♥
A touching story beautifully narrated. Your message is simple and meaningful ‘Happiness is within us’. Many thanks.
Hi Dilip. Thank you, very much. I appreciate you kind words. I hope your New Year has started out in a most happy way for you! 🙂
this was wonderful — and you did a terrific job telling the story. Nicely done, Penny.
Thank you. A little nervous making the video, more nervous about sharing it. I do appreciate your words here, thank you my friend! xx
You didn’t really seem nervous, Penny. It was excellent. 🙂
You are too kind, but I do appreciate it, none-the-the-less! 🙂
I loved hearing your voice and the emotion in every word you spoke. This was such a touching story and a beautiful reminder to us all. Have a beautiful week my friend. 🙂
Thank you LuAnn. According to Christina my voice is higher in the video than real life, but I did mean each word I spoke. I am so glad you enjoyed. 🙂 xo
There may be something to that. Whenever I have listened to my recorded voice, I seem to sound more like a child. I guess that is not all bad the older I get. 😉
Oh FAVE NEIGHB…YOU made my day!
LOVE seeing & hearing you. You have such a peaceful & calming voice. And – your spirit glows beautifully.
I wish I could give you a big ol’ hug right now!
xo 🙂 🙂 xo
Thanks dear neighbor of mine, Christina told me my voice is higher in this video than normal, but I am so glad you enjoyed. And I would love to have the big hug (I’m imagining it even as I write these words) … one day RoSy … 🙂 xo
That was a beautiful story Penny. Thanks for making us stop and remember to rewind back to the happy part when we are facing a crappy moment. Lovely!
Hi Debby, thank you. Those crappy moments do sneak up on one don’t they? Thank goodness for our friends in those time, my friend! xx
What a lovely story. I smiled through the entire ! It really made my day! Stay happy Penny! 😀
By the way I ,loved that YOU told the story !
Hi Tina, thank you, partner of mine! It was a reach for me, but I’m glad I did it! 🙂 xo
Good to hear and see you again Penny, feel likes ages since you frightened me by walking up the stairs. Great story…it made me smile lots and then some! xx
Yes SteJ, I do miss having you jump when I or anyone seems to suddenly enter the room, we all do dear friend, hurry back! xo
AnElephantCant always be cheerful
Sometimes he feels an excess of snappiness
But he does not have any
When he listens to Penny
His sweet friends helps to restore his happiness
You honor me. Thank you so much, B! xo
A beautiful and touching story, Penny. Hearing your voice is so wonderful 🙂
Hi Celestine, thank you. one of my most special friends. According to my daughter my voice is higher than normal in the video, (nerves, lol) but I do feel as if I’m connecting a little bit closer with my online friends here. Frequently I wish the distance in miles was less but having said that I consider myself very lucky to have you as a dear friend! 🙂 xo
How wonderful to share yourself that way. I truly believe that happiness is not something that someone can give you, it is a gift you must give yourself. Thank-you for reminding me not to forget to bring it with me today. ❤ Pat
Hi Patricia, thank you so much. Your words are perfect here. “…A gift you give yourself”! Yes, absolutely true, dear friend! xo
This is a gift to everyone that hears
your story and thank you for sharing
the happiness my dear friend 🙂 🙂
Hi Andro, thank you my very dear friend! Your words are always music to my ears, thank you for being you, in such a loving way! 🙂 xo
You are a lovely soul with a heart of gold my dear friend, a true diamond. Have a wonderful afternoon and evening Penny 🙂
What a lovely story and simple message, It was lovely to hear you telling us. Keeping our happiness with us, being happy wiht what we have, so important! Thank you Penny, it was the best message for the morning! Love Ute
Hi Ute and thank you my friend! You do an excellent job of this very thing, I think! I am lucky to have you as a friend, much love to you! xx
I remember when this was a missing file on Google+ and I tried to watch it.
Sometimes it is impossible to get the happiness back from the last place you looked. Sometimes you need to look somewhere new for it. It is great to hear the voice behind the inspiration again.
Hope you have a good day, Penny.
This is true Alastair, which is why we mustn’t look for happiness from outside sources It already exists inside our hearts waiting for us to release it. If we lose sight of happiness, that’s the place to get back, from within not from without my friend! xo
Very much so. We expand it from inside and allow it to encompass ourselves and allow it to flow through.
Poignant and profoundly moving…
Thank you, very much Rebecca. Doing anything in front of a camera is difficult for me (always has been) so your warm comment is most appreciated by me!
Thanks Penny for sharing your story, it is lovely to hear you speak and see you in action so to speak. Acting skills??? I thought you did very well.
Thank you Michael. An interesting note here (according to my daughter) my voice in the video is about 2 octaves higher than normal – weird, huh? Probably nerves! But again thank you kindly for your compliments (especially with your acting knowledge and background. Very much appreciated by me. 🙂 xx
What you shared cannot be acted out… it is something that can only come from the depths of a sweet soul and you, my friend, are that sweet soul. Thank you for the gift of you. Hugggs 🙂
Thank you dearest Roxi. I feel the need to send you an extra huge dose of love (the mystery ingredient for a happy life). Your wonderful words brought tears (of joy) I am so lucky to have you as a friend! 🙂 xoxo
