Regrowth and Renewal – Yes you can!

I can’t believe it! It’s actually almost spring, here in the Northern part of Northwest America.

But I am excited about it. Waking up in predawn mornings with the sun filtering through wispy morning clouds, the cool air breezing through my open window bringing birdsong melodies – refreshing and invigorating.

I for one, am happy to embrace both the new day and the glorious beginnings of Earth’s annual renewal! Time to rethink my own personal regrowth and renewal. Overdue, actually.

It has become far too easy for all of us to get caught up in the same “everyness” of things happening in our daily lives.

Right now, small changes can truly make a difference for you when you feel in a bit of a rut.

Think about it, make it happen – You Can Do it!

Have a great week,

  1. Always inspired when I come here and beautiful pics of spring, I forgot what that may look like (smiles), we are having another snowstorm here tonight so spring is far away yet.

  2. Isn’t it great!? Here in southern California we normally have mild weather…but it has been well into the 80’s much of this Winter! But after our recent rains, I see buds sprouting all over and lots of birds becoming active. 🙂

    • Mostly here, RoSy! I guess you have one more storm to get through right around the middle of the week. I hope it’s of very short duration and that spring then swoops right in and pushes winter out – along with your migraine! 🙂 xo

  3. There is a lot to be said for spring, and the cleaning that is often associated with it. Each year I work on deep cleaning the house, and picturing what each area represents, and mentally projecting how it will get better.
    Merry Spring, Northwest friend 🙂
