In each of our lives balance can be difficult to achieve, something which nature seems to accomplish quite easily; but then she’s had many millennium to practice. We’re just beginners when it comes to managing our life in an orderly manner. But there are a few (proven) things that might help.

Determine what (in your life) you need to do, and where you need to be, in order to feel fulfilled and happy. And then do exactly that. Follow through with action on the instincts felt by your heart.
