The Strength of Her Convictions – A Reminder!

Dwelling deep inside is an abiding nurturing spirit and lest you ever forget it, the strength of a woman’s will is of a most awesome and passionate kind. Reread history. Many, many females of the past and present have had to endure, suffer, survive and overcome (just for being a female) all the while nurturing, loving and protecting as she can.

She has always understood, within her very being, her distinctive and real human role. The role to help insure the survival of her (sometimes violent and brutal) species. Intellect, caring and loving are a huge part of that capability.  Now is a good time for females to be reassured that the way they are made is not a “weakness” but a strength.

She IS the strength of her convictions and regardless of being handicapped by those who think and tell her otherwise, she still will always be the She who most will count on, from birth going forward! It is not a coincidence that Nature is called Mother Nature. The sobriquet for the greatest force on the planet is Mother. Think on that one for a minute.

All humans are flawed. Each of us come with our own personal set of shortcomings. When I speak of females I am referencing the universal understanding of the gender as a whole, not one sort of individual.

We are not only equal, we are ‘equal to’ the challenges now being presented to us.

For all the women out there: This post is for you ~ be you a mom, daughter, sister, friend or other. Inside us is a strength that has always been. In no way are we the “weaker” sex. We never have been …

Being Powerful

Being powerful without honor & moral values isn’t being strong at all. Rather it’s brawn made up of fear & greed masquerading as same & failing miserably. Bravery with honor and valor on the other hand is a most magnificent thing to behold.” ~Plh

Always true, from the smallest every day bravery to the largest.

With much affection, I wish you well.

When Words Overwhelm

Silence can be a good thing giving time to reflect on values as opposed to desires. Honor as opposed to polarizing negative ideas which separate us from one another. Wisdom as opposed to valueless words being said and repeated leading to emotional reactions and nothing more.

It’s time to decide what you, within your heart of hearts, believes in, for when our souls touch, as they shall, there will be no animosity, no negative vibrational causation from physical manifestation (owing naught to an irrational thinking brain and all to a loving heart).

When words overwhelm, reign in your emotions, allow for the threads of life originating from your soul to lead and direct your actions. Breathe in life, and the natural way of being. We are an important part of each other and our universe.

You, we, are better than this time in humanity’s existence. So much better.

Time to make it so, I believe.

Be Your Own Kind of Bravery

Fortune Favors the Brave

Gypsy tent and wagonThe gypsy fortune teller was very wise and wizened with great age. During this time of her current existence, she had told thousands of fortunes. Whispered and suggested mysterious and wonderful futures to a myriad of people. A great multitude of fools made her wealthy, as had the ambitious, vain, and greedy.

Of the down-trodden, the gentle, the forgotten, she had asked but a small token and then done her best to inspire; peering deep inside to witness their futures. Her “gift” – one not welcomed but accepted. On and on went her memories of those who sat across from her waiting breathless with anticipation for words pronouncing their fortune.

But before today, never had she viewed a woman of such gentle bravery, radiating from her being. Her soul – if you will. Her bravery shining piercingly through the air, hovering protectively as it spread out in progressive waves encompassing all.

A second glance within and the fortune teller finally understood. SHE had returned.

The fortune teller smiled a small, happy smile of relief. Holding out her hand in friendship, “hello my brave Sophia*, we meet again.” Fortune does favor the brave!

again and again

she comes forth to be heard

listen close my humans

“all life has purpose”

do you hear Sophia’s* words

echo through the ages

*Sophia, the Greek Goddess of Wisdom

And remember, small braveries are as valuable as big ones. Often more important too.

Have a great week ahead.

With sincere affection,
