Did you know that life holds

a rainbow of possibilities,

just by changing the way we view things.

Everyone loves rainbows!

Why?

When you look upward into the sky and

you see all these gorgeous colors together,

each distinct and yet somehow blending

from one into another it becomes

So very beautiful.

We feel hopeful, the colorful rainbow appears

after the storm has past, bringing a sense of renewal.

An uplifting feeling.

So here’s my thought for the day.

WE: Humanity, all of us,

are like a rainbow.

We present the hope and possibility for the future.

We are a rich mixture of many elements.

and when we come together

we become a rainbow of diversity.

Just imagine the feeling we would create

if we all worked and loved together!

Now that would be the most beautiful rainbow

ever imagined …

… wouldn’t it?

Unfolding behind the clouds…

A Rainbow

Have you noticed after a storm there is a cleaner crisper feel to the air. Everything renewed, in a sense. And often, coming out from those dark murky clouds is a rainbow ~ and we tend to stop what we are doing, look up and enjoy the wonder of a rainbow’s beautifully arching colors. Why? Because rainbows make us feel good in that moment!

We point the rainbow out to others. We take photographs of the rainbow. Children laugh and get excited when they view a rainbow and when we view it with others it is a glorious thing. And this happens almost every single time in the viewing of a rainbow! Interesting that!

Are the myriad of colors appearing in the sky after the rainy stormy darkness so compelling? Is it the manner in which the rainbow arches? Is it Nature’s signal that the day will be a better day now? I’m guessing yes to all of the above.

A visible sign that in that moment things are better! We all feel better when rainbows appear in our life. They do seem to represent good things. A day renewed with promise and possibilities!The view from my eyes, anyway!
