Today’s not yesterday and it’s also not tomorrow, even though it seems we spend part of each day dwelling on those past and potential future events.
Perhaps it may be wise to live more in the ‘right now’ of things where we can and do effect, potentially many, of the events shaping our everyday lives.
“When all is said and done
what today we have begun
is the single thing
that tomorrow brings
through yesterday’s recall
those memories from us all.”~Plh

With much affection,
I wish you well.
We are of nature.
When the two things (human beings and the natural order of our home planet Earth/Universe) are separated and viewed as different, unconnected and apart from one another, a grievous imbalance occurs harming all life; as may be seen today. Connect with your natural roots ~ it is as life (all life) should be!
Please do, for a better today and an even better tomorrow.
You know the one I mean. The one too many people aren’t seeing or pretending they’re not seeing, as if it’s just a fantasy in some fairytale book. But I’m speaking reality here. The one where we (humanity) have fallen down into Alice’s rabbit hole – for real! Not many words needed since you know of what I speak. In fact, lately there are too many words and not enough positive action and therefore I would like to suggest the following:
Love while you can.
Love who you can.
Love when you can.
Love all you can!
Whether large or small
doesn’t matter at all!
No blaming game
It comes out the same.
when all is said and done,
We are all One!
With much love and affection,
Yesterday’s merely today in the making.
Tomorrows are filled with dreams but awaking.
Holding fast is your soul, the key to your life.
Holding fast is your heart with love shining bright.
Holding fast is your mind and all that you see.
Be ALL you can be.
Quotes are wonderful things. They remind us of … well … who we are; how we’d like to be and feel, or how we are feeling in the moment.
A favorite quote of mine is:
“Life is too short to start yourself with broken pieces of yesterday,
it will definitely destroy your wonderful today
and ruin your great tomorrow” ~ Unknown Author
So, having said that, this Monday morning here in the Northwestern section of America, I wish you the happiest memories from your yesterdays, the greatest successes in your todays and blessings and well wishes for all your tomorrows.
“We may not be able to change our yesterday, but we can be stronger, braver in our todays, beginning by feeling good about ourselves and then sharing and caring with others!” ~ Penny L Howe, 2014
Have a most excellent week ahead,
Depending on where you live in the world it is already International Women’s Day. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this celebration, allow me to share some information about this day.
While there have been various Women’s Day Celebrations in different parts of the world historically, it was in 1977 that the U.N. (United Nations) invited members to proclaim March 8th as the U.N. day for Women’s Rights and World Peace. Many countries now actively celebrate this day.
For both men and women this is an important day to note. We humans, of this planet Earth, cannot move forward without all of us working towards a goal of harmony, peace and growth for ourselves and our planet.
International Women’s Day is about encouraging the freedom and rights all women are entitled to and deserve.

I cannot emphasize enough the huge importance of increasing awareness of this day and it’s purpose. It is through continuing support and education that many of the freedoms now occurring for women on our planet, in many countries, will continue to thrive for everyone’s future. It is through a sense of purpose, drive and determination that these most excellent goals can be achieved.
Never ever forget – We’re worth the extra effort needed so that all women can be free to be all that we can be!
