The Current View From Our Eyes

I believe in coincidences. I also believe that the truth of everything is found within life’s mysteries; those small insignificant ones and the huge gigantic ones.

I also believe in magic (another word for explaining the unknown), fantasy and most especially life as we’ve yet to understand it.

Each time a “new” discovery is made in academia/independent ventures is it really new or is it just some revealing of a layer of life already present in the selective consciousness of the universe?

Kismet, coincidence or fate all have the same flavor. Said flavor being what is currently understood and accepted on a particular day.

So boiling down all the facts, we of current ideologies or understanding do view life within the boundaries of our individual imaginations or put another way …

Go You Softly, Into Night of Day

Go You Softly, Into Night of Day

There are those who despair the day even before it begins!

There are  those who despair the day, even as it ends!

There  are those who despair the day whenever trouble wends!

… And then there will be those who don’t!

.

Those who with quiet strength manage to find a way!

Those who are standing strong, helping others in each new day!

and those, in spite of adversity – by your side do always stay.

So I say to you:

“Go You softly into night of day,

Trust in your heart to guide along the way.

And know that love spreads faster than

the fear of fear ‘can ever can’.”

~ Plh, 2016

.

Your compassion, prayers and hopes are sorely needed now for those suffering and in harms way, both here in the USA and abroad. Care, share, and help as you can.

With much affection,

The Many Edges of Reality Within Your Imagination!

 iwish

Reality’s Edges

It’s been said Einstein’s first thoughts on relativity came while observing light from a lamp post glowing through an evening mist. He was fascinated by the streaming light traveling through misty air in the cool evening of a summer’s day. His imagination alive with the possibility of exploring (at that time) what was perceived impossible.

Gazing at the moon this evening, iridescent reflections shimmering on the river, I’m lost in the rapture of my own imagination. I wonder, am I on the edge of a greater awareness of life? Or perhaps some unknown new wonder soon to be experienced. I feel within me a seed of expression wishing to burst forth – If I can but understand the why of it all.

My mind hovers in thoughtful contemplation. I view the mysterious moon through imagination’s eyes. Moonbeams illuminating, ever so faintly, all that I might be – hidden inside – poised on the edges of reality.

Forever and Always In My Heart ~

forever
Sleep now … my love,
I’m keeping you forever and always,
in dreams, and memories
the beating of my heart keeping endless time to the rhythm of your soul.
Your words penned from far away,
so very lovely,
for eyes to see,
for mind to dwell on
and heart to feel …
Fitting in most perfectly
with the reoccurring memory of being in your arms.
  ♡
Sleep now, my love,
within the heart there is a place that has no knowledge of separation.
And so we will always find each other in our arms …
held safely fast,  protected from all harm,
never truly alone in our forever love.

The Power and Art of Your Written Words … Can Change Lives!

They are awesome, did you know that? Those creative words you say and write.

zday_man_created_god-t3

So why and what is it about the power of words? Studying the structure and meaning of words (in all languages) is called Semiotics but there is also a field that studies not only the words we communicate with, but the biology of it –  biosemiotics.

Scientists have learned that when we communicate we are altering (at a biological level) both ourselves and our perception regarding the nature of things.

Distinguished biologists (Ernst Mayr, Manfred Eigen) believe we are evolving in the physical world as the result of our “shared” communications.

????????????????????????????????????????

There is no doubt that language is central to our grasp of the world we live in.

So when you write, blog and communicate do you fully realize the potential you hold in your hand when sharing an opinion or idea; a short story, (article, book, play, poem, song)?  Do you know you may be changing someone’s life with your words? Heavy stuff, huh!

What we say and how we express ourselves is becoming more important than ever today. Our words, (to an ever expanding degree )are the collective bi-products of world-wide social interactions. And while we’re connecting and perhaps influencing each other, most importantly, we are evolving into all we are meant to be! And I … well, I personally think that’s wonderful!

Whether you’re blogging, tweeting, singing on YouTube or exchanging thoughts and ideas on any social media platform, you are affecting those who read/hear your words.

Thank you, to all of you from around the world, I feel the meaning in the words you are writing, the thoughts you are sharing, the love you are sending.

They are beautiful and important – your words – so keep writing, keep sharing. Don’t stop! Your thoughts and ideas are unique to you and this creates a purposeful value for others. Every word you write is building towards our Global future together, as one people, on one planet – An International Community growing and coming together through the power of our words.

Thank you for stopping by, have an excellent week to come and as always remember … take care of you.

Come and Get Your Happiness!

I think we complicate life too much today. No matter how tech savvy, or sophisticated we become, we pay not enough attention to many of those things that really matter for our happiness; the simple, every day things. Think on this for awhile … There is so much in our lives, ours for the appreciating … If we just take a little time to do so!

#sunshine #rainbows #smiles #laughter #a good deed – received or given #love #hugs #all life #nature #friends, and of course #family!

No matter who we are, No matter our age or where we live, we all long for happiness. Seek it by appreciating the things in life that are already yours … let sunshine into your life.

Have an excellent week ahead my friends, both here and around the world. A special prayer for all those who struggle with adversity, war and famine. May your hearts stay hopeful and you and your families stay safe from harm.

I … in my aloneness – reach for the event horizon!

IMAG3981-1

For those of us solitary souls, we often find ourselves reaching inward, into the unknown. Not for respite, nor solace but for the unraveling of mysteries.

And when the magic of who I am encounters an unknown, there is a blossoming in the moment.

An event horizon. Not for an ending, but a beginning of the “new” – for further exploration.

… And I revel, finding myself in that moment, most gratified to be … me!

Wishing you a magical and wonderful day and an even better tomorrow!

To Be … Not Who I Am!

Prawny1Deus ex machina

When words become less than the sum of their parts.

When that which I read and write becomes copied, duplicated, downloaded, passed on, reproduced and SHARED in every conceivable format and platform, and when words drift together even as they break apart into smallest bits and pieces, micro particles drifting briefly through my consciousness; this turbulent confluence of everything makes me not more knowledgeable but actually – less aware.

My individual thoughts and creative energy become stifled. I find I lose reference points and meanings, all words are conjoined and absorbed into a streaming repetitious miasma of composition in which my individual say … my voice … is lost.

Is our communication technology, ‘so happily embraced’, a manifestation, tearing away at the fabric of creation even as it proudly proclaims itself as our new savior for instant todays and tomorrows.

Then what is this thing, this piece of machinery, this “Deus ex machina”? This wonder of man’s technology, making us no more than a multitude of multimedia byproducts, a consumable, accumulated, consumption of words in instant trending and streaming data.

And what of my me-ness? Your you-ness? Our original #ideas #essence #words.

Are they and we being swallowed up into a larger whole, no longer represented as unique individuals with our very own splendid originality?

But then if not – who are we?

* * *

So clearly, the muse was upon me. I hope you enjoyed my whimsy and a smidgen of irritation with various multimedia intrusiveness. Naturally I was not referring to any of my most excellent online friends, writers, bloggers, artists and photographers. After all we are above all those petty things! Of course! 🙂

Have a wonderful weekend, stay safe and take care of you,

~ Penny
